Nose bleed: Always concerned when head trauma involved. Definitely see physician. Sooner the better emergency room indicted.

Head Injury: Hi, you should see a doctor, i suggest you go to the emergency room as soon as possible. It may be coincidental that you are having nosebleeds, however it could also indicate a skull fracture or brain injury. Have someone drive you soon. Good luck.
