what is the best way to get rid of skin redness caused by acne scars?

Depends on scar: Redness tends to resolve over several months. If it is related to raised scarring therapy with intralesional steroids or pulsed dye laser. Depressed or atrophic scars may require fillers, saline injections or laser resurfacing.
