A 29-year-old member asked:

How long until my wisdom teeth extractions will stop bleeding?

It generally clots: Pretty quickly. Keep biting on the gauze pack. If the bleeding still persists, then bite on a tea bag and call your dentist / surgeon. I'm talking about active bleeding, not blood tinged saliva.

The same day: Bleeding should be controlled before you leave the office. There should only be oozing that day and should be pretty well under control the next day.
