Yes!!! : Ibs can be very miserable and disabling if not treated with self-care wellness programs of vits, magnesium glycinate, sleep hygiene, self/pro massage, chiropractor, heat, epsom soaking, stretching. I use acupuncture! use a foam roller to get at some of the abdominal muscles. Yoga cobra will help break up the triggers. Running yourself to doc after doc will increase you disease. Prob food allergy: I've lived this myself as a young man until i figured out i had a gluten allergy and several other foods as well. Go to a4m.Com and use physician locate function to find a functional medicine doctor near you to evaluate your GI function with stool testing and igg food allergen testing from metametrix /genova labs and get some relief! do it now, don't wait for another traditional doc to misdiagnose.
