Healthy weight: If you are above a healthy weight, recommendations are to decrease weight in a healthy way. Stay active and exercise 30 minutes daily. Eat mostly fruits, vegetables, and protein and drink water. This should help you decrease 1-2 pounds a week which is a sustainable weight loss. If this isn't working, check in with your doctor.
