Most common: Fatigue is one of the most common non-specific general symptoms found in cancer and non cancer patients. It can be caused by so many things- physically and psychologically. It can be there any time- through out the course of disease. Especially when you are receiving therapy for cancer- again, fatigue is commonly found. Speak to your oncology team-they will be able to help you.

Any time in cancer: Fatigue may be present at any time as a symptom of cancer. It can be the presenting complaint, may be a complication of treatment or of progressing, more advanced disease.
