What can i do to ease a back ache without going to the chiropractor?

Orthopedic Spine Surgery 40 years experience
Lifestyle adjustment: Assuming it is typical back ache, not associated with more serious issues like urinary tract infection, treatment includes regular exercise, not smoking, a good night's sleep, weight control and simple things like heat applications as well as avoiding prolonged sedentary positions. One can use some over the counter medications if no medical reasons that would prevent there use such as tylenol (acetaminophen).
