i have a rash on my neck hair line and eyelids, sometimes flakes and peels off then starts again. i have used antibiotic and steroid creams & no help.?

Fungal?: Which antibiotics? Have you tried an antifungal? Lots of people start with a selsen blue or head and shoulders type of shampoo, sometimes that works.

Seborrhea: You probably have seborrhea/ seborrheic dermatitis which may not be cured but can be controlled with a persistent regimen. However , i recommed getting seen by primary care doctor or dermatologist for confirmation and further treatment. Hope you are better soon!
