Are there any skin transferable diseases that you can get from wrestling ?

Yep: Skin infections caused by bacteria, viruses and fungus can be transferred by direct contact, although bacteria seem to be the easiest to transfer in my experience. One needs to be especially watchful for MRSA which is a type of bacteria that doesn't respond well to many antibiotics. Fortunately, leprosy, which is a bacteria transmitted by skin to skin contact is the least contagious disease known, so wrestling will never give you that! :>).
