Rarely: They usually occur in people under age 20. While not impossible, it would be rare. See an orthopaedic surgeon, preferably an orthopaedic oncologist (an orthopaedist trained in treating bone-joint-muscle tumors, both benign and malignant). Others can do tests (mri, ct for example), but if someone suggests biopsy, the orthopaedic oncologist is the person to see.
