Evaluate this: All eyes have some veins on the surface. Some have more than others and a few have an excess. You need an independent evaluation to see into which category you fall. There is no pharmaceutical way to rid yourself of these veins if they truly are in excess but laser treatment can help cut down the density.

Eye veins: Redness of the eyes due to prominent eye vasculature can be related to may different issues. I would try frequent artificial tears, ointment at night, warm compresses and omega-3 fatty acid supplements. If no improvement, you will need to see an eye doctor to determine the cause and initiate proper treatment.
