I've tried creams for vaginal thrush but they don't seem to be working. I cannot afford the tablet. What else can I do?

Try:: Acid kills the fungus/yeast: yogurt acidophilus reduce sweets/carbs garlic menstruate! sometimes you'll have to bite the bullet and use tablet meds.

It may not be yeast: Have your OB check for other causes of vulvo-vaginal itching if a wet prep is negative. It could be your soap, hair follicle infection, etc.
