Get X-ray : It is not unusual to get those symptoms just from swelling from soft tissue contusion, however i would get an x-ray to make sure it is not broken, and ice it too.

See below: Would recommend that an x-ray be done to rule out a fracture that might require more specific care than the riice mnemonic (rest, ice, ibuprofen, compression and elevation).
