my daughters ultra sound showed an extra spleen, and a cyst on liver, labs negative. she still feels a lot of stomach pain in am, what can it be?

Lots of things: Niether the accessory spleen nor the liver cyst are causing any symptoms. Without more information on the location of the pain it is hard to give a good answer. Presuming it is upper abdominal pain, common causes include stomach ulcers, pancreatitis functional dyspepsia and others. You should really follow up with the doctor who ordered the tests above for more information.
