right shoulder pain from weight training! how do i bulk up now?

Rest : Overuse shoulder pain should resolve with rest and anti-inflammatory meds such as advil (ibuprofen) in about 1-3 weeks. If it doesn't, it maybe a more significant problem. Seek medical help from a shoulder specialist if pain persists.
