Significantly: Second hand smoke has been proved to be a risk factor for lung cancer and other lung diseases. The risk increases linearly with increasing exposure. It also increases incidence of asthma, upper respiratory infections, and otitis media in children.

Call OSHA: In most workplaces, you are protected under federal (and sometimes state)laws and regulations from being exposed to second hand smoke. Being exposed to 30 cigarettes being smokes is not the same as smoking those yourself, but may well be the equivalent of 4-5/day, which can do harm. If your employer is unwilling to provide a smoke-free workplace, you may need to talk to osha or a lawyer.

Interesting question: Is the question asking what to do about discomfort caused by wearing certain clothing? (clothing itself is not alive and has no feelings.) a person could have some sensory nerve problems in the skin that signal pain when that part of the skin is touched by clothing (a dermatologist or neurologist can look into the matter). One can try wearing different fabrics to see if softer fabrics help.

Symptoms: This malformation is due to pressure in the brain pushing down on the back portion, the cerebellum. Headaches, nausea, dizziness, muscle weakness, and ringing in the ears (tinnitis). Other neurological symptoms, such as restless leg syndrome, sleep apnea, problems with swallowing. An MRI of the head and specialist care by a neurologist will help to diagnose and treat this problem.
