Cure: I was the designated excisor for our area by default. I had an interest in it anddid about 45 procedures. If the correct diagnosis is made thru x-ray and exam, most specificaly a rectal exam that 100% reproduces symptoms, people were better in recovery rm & for sure by next day. Must be done with care as the rectum is mm away from surg site and inexperienced surg may perforate the rectum. Cure100%.
