Patience and calm: After a knee replacement, some patients have difficulty with stiffness. It can take one full year to get full range of motion after surgery. Arthroscopy, manipulation, pt, and nsaids are all appropriate. Work with your surgeon determining which may work for you. If you are very frustrated, a second opinion may be helpful. Good luck.
