i am 22, regular cycles, and i get positive opks 14 days prior to period. my period is 40 days long though. what are my odds of conceiving?

Regular long cycles: Your chances to conceive are somewhat less that if you had a shorter cycle. Nevertheless if your partner is fertile you chances to conceive are 25%/cycle.
