Knees won't stop locking to the point i can't move them-what's wrong w/me?Always active(walking-bike riding) i want to scream.How to stop it?In pain!

Find the source: Locking is serious! need an xray and possible mri it may be a loose piece of bone or cartilage, meniscus or ligament tear.
