Similar: Shouldn't b a problem if Concerta was tolerable--it is standard practice to try an amphetamine if Ritalin (methylphenidate) isn't working optimally.
Dr. Jane Steiner
Psychiatry 44 years experience
Similar...: side effects of Concerta and adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) are similar, all the stimulants have similar possible side effects. In addition to them possibly affecting sleep and appetite, stomach upset and headache are not unusual.
