could the wheat germ oil in my cosmetics bring on my gluten allergy?

Probably: Gluten alleragy is called coeliac disease. Which means you haave a sensitivity to wheat. It would only make sense that if you use a makeup with wheat germ oil, it will absorb into your system and allow a physical reaction, which will usually exhibit itself as stomach and digestive tract imflamation and such problems.
