Must R/O PREG: See a gyn so you can get a blood preg test, to make sure the tubal has not failed, because if it has ( hopefully not) you have more risk of a tubal pregnancy which needs immediate attention, also you will need cultures done to r/o infection and an ultrasound to r/o ovarian cysts and possibly other problems, so see a gyn today or go to the er if you can't get into see anyone.

If not pregnant,: recheck a pregnancy test to be sure, this likely irregular ovulation, could be from insulin resistance/polycystic ovarian syndrome.
