I have bumps on my arm, hands and legs it's very itchy and i've had this for months and it's driving me crazy the anti itching cream doesn't work?

Correct diagnosis: Rashes such as poison ivy/oak, fungal(ringworm), bacterial infections (impetigo) etc.. Can be cured. Rashes such as eczema, psoriasis, ichthyosis etc...Are not curable, only treatable. Viral rashes such as chicken pox, measle, roseola etc..Will heal on their own with or without treatment. Without knowing what type of rash you have, i can't advise how to treat it. Consult doc. Good luck.
