Doesn't sound good: A person with a heart rate of 175 should call 911 for an ambulance ride to the E.R. The paramedics will provide oxygen, to help the heart and the brain, because the dizziness may be due to the brain not being able to get enough blood (the heart is not pumping properly if the rate is 175). Best to call 911.
