Viral syndrome?: Could be viral syndrome , typically. But some times early streptococcal throat infect. Can cause similar picture. For now maintain adequate hydration by drinking plenty of fluids, rest by holiday to work for 1 or 2 days ( avoid spreading inf. To others too), tylenol (acetaminophen) for body pain and soft.Diet . Avoid Aspirin . Can do salt water gargle/listrine mouth w.If not impoving /fever comes see ur pcp -exam+.
