Alcohol: Alcohol is a spontaneous mast cell degranulator which basically means that the alcohol causes the cell sin your body to release histamine leading to all of your reactions. Most people only notice this with some alcohols and not with others. It could also be a grain allergy if it happens with beer. See an allergist.
