Doctor can evaluate: Rashes and bumps are hard to describe, and hard to visualize, in words. Bumps that have stuff in them include comedones (skin pores plugged with skin cells), sebaceous glands (they make sebum, cheesy-appearing oil), folliculitis (infected hair follicles, with or without a visible hair), etc... A primary care doctor or a dermatologist can evaluate.
