is there anything i can do for sore & swollen breasts before & during my period?

Dr. Regina Hampton

Normal process: These symptoms around the menstrual cycle are called fibrocystic changes. The breasts are filling up with fluid that are called cysts.Increased caffeine use can aggravate this (are you eating more chocolate around your period?). You can take an over the counter pain reliever to help with the soreness.

Please go to Doctor: Please go see your gynecologist. You will not solve this problem on the internet. You are most likely menopausal.
