No: Rheumatoid arthritis is not curable. Actually no form of arthritis is curable. For rheumatoid arthritis there are some medications available referred to as "disease modifying agent" that are thought to slow down the progress of the disorder. That is why it is important to establish the diagnosis as early is possible. Symptoms or red, swollen, stiff joints should prompt a visit to your doctor.
