Different location: Tailors bunion is most simply descibed as a bunion on the baby toe side of the foot which is the opposite side of what is known as the traditional bunion.

Different...: A bunion and tailors bunion are different in location. A bunion occurs at the great toe joint and the tailors bunion at the 5th toe joint. They can occur separately or together. Both are the result of faulty mechanics. You should visit your podiatrist to be evaluated.
