No sure fire methods: Try multiple methods: nicotine replacement, exercise, electric cigarettes, educate yourself on the dangers of smoking, join smoking cessation program, make it more difficult to get to your cigarettes (e.g., keep them in the trunk of your car). Imagine how the quality of your life will improve when you quit and that you will be able to walk upstairs w/o panting. Good luck!
