Perhaps: Marfan's is a genetic problem that ranges from mild to severe. It can cause pectus excavatum (the breast bone sticking out). There is a surgical procedure to improve the appearance, but cost will depend on how medicine is set up in your country. Your primary doctor can help you find the right person (usually a thoracic surgeon). A brace will not correct the problem.
