Evaluation: You should see your obgyn. You need to make sure there is no sign of a local infection. Also you want to make sure there is nothing on the surface or the skin nearby that is causing that. If there is a problem, you are best off getting it treated soon so it does not get worse and lead to any long lasting problems.
