Possible concussion: Please see a neurologist. There are many things, including hemorrhages, abscesses, and strokes, besides medications and dietary factors that can cause persistent headaches. Your neurologist can take a careful history and do appropriate tests and advise whether you had a concussion, and what to expect. Trauma does not necessarily mean you had a concussion. Trauma headache: You suffer from a common problem. Following trauma there can develop recurrent headaches even of migraine quality. This is post trauma syndrome - not concussion. Ct and MRI are usually done but will be normal. Work on relaxation and get over the anxiety. Avoid excessive use of pain meds.
