my husband, has had stomach bleeding, bloating, and gas, everyday for 3 years, since he received 2 stents. no meds help, is there anything he can do?

Biliary colic: Gallstones could be the cause of your husband's abdominal pain aka biliary colic. Stents for coronary artery blockages may have coincidentally been the time his biliary symptoms began. Ulrasound of right abdomen, perhaps a tech hida nuclear scan and if positive a surgery consult, where risk/benefit analysis of laprascopic cholecystectomy can be discussed.
