Normal.: Mild cramps and aches are common in pregnancy as the uterus grows and stretches its supporting ligaments. Not to worry if there is no vaginal bleeding and your obstetrician's examination is normal at each prenatal care visit. You may only use regular tylenol (acetaminophen) for discomforts of pregnancy - not advil/aleve/motrin or other nsaids! take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and good luck!

PREGNANCY: Menstrual cramps are not normal for pregnancy. Check with your OB , it can be threatened abortion. Good luck !
