15% solution: About 155 of migraine sufferers have headaches either caused by or aggravated by food sensitivities. Citrus is a common offender. Migraineurs also have increased sensitivity to smells, especially perfumes & hydrocarbons (gasoline), triggering headaches. The bruises? Well, your guess is as good as mine but unrelated to the 2 things discussed above.
