What's the symptoms of appendix? i have really bad pain in my stomach that goes to my back and had an ultrasound and its not kidneys or gallbladder. can it be my appendix?

Unlikely: Appendicitis will cause severe right lower abdominal pain, that will lead to rupture in days if left untreated; it does not cause chronic pain. I suggest you see a primary care doctor or gastroenterologist to do a thorough history, exam +/- tests to get to the bottom of this.
