Many possibilities: Do you tend to hold your breath while doing something strenuous or lifting a weight? Do you exercise on an empty stomach, after insufficient sleep, or without keeping yourself adequately hydrated? Have you had your blood pressure checked?

Migraines: Migraine headaches typically can be triggered or worsened by exercise. Talk to your pcp or a neurologist.
