Ovary is CysticOrgan: Each egg which develops is surrounded by a sphere of follicular cells which support the egg cell ; secrete fluid inward resulting in cysts, typically no symptoms; occasionally cysts become very large (no egg release; ∴ infertile). See below: This depends on the size and appearance of the cyst. Many cysts resolve on their own, including complex/hemorrhagic cysts. Your doctor may elect to watch it over a few menstrual cycle. If you have significant symptoms, usually pain, your doctor may suggest surgery as needed. Birth control pills sometimes may reduce the chance of new cysts forming in future menstrual cycles.

Not very much: Cysts are commonly fluid filled structures that have very little weight to them. It could be comparable to a few grapes.
