my son has low back pain and stomach pain, reflux. only a boy. could it be ulcer?

Anything possible : I suppose anything is possible, yet I have treated thousands of kids with reflux & never seen a kid with an ulcer in 3 decades. Most pediatric gastroenterologists i work with would not risk the scoping procedure to look for an ulcer until a kid had aggressive treatment for reflux for 6mo.

Lay off nsaids: If he is taling asprin or Motrin can tear up stomach whatch dose after a pwriod of abstinence from nsaids look for diagnosis for pain spondy muscupar strain?
