What physical therapy is required for 2 ruptured ligaments in ankle?

Consult PT: It would be hard to answer this question w/out knowing what ligaments are involved. Your best point of reference would be to consult a physical therapist. There are a lot of internet resources that can be used, but beware of picking a wrong treatment plan, since you may have a complex problem that on line sources will be unlikely to address.

Depends: A typical ankle sprain therapy protocol is usually sufficient for most ankle sprains.
