why do i keep getting cramp in my calf , there is also a lump in there when i feel around that area?

Cramp: Most likely spasm of the muscle can lead to some rigidity. If lump doesn't go away, get it checked.

Unlikely: Most likely it is from dehydration. One is not even thirsty until they are already 30% dehydrated. It could be from a lack of minerals too.
