my 1 year old has pseudomonas in her urine. will this cause kidney damage?

Maybe: Pseudomonas germs can produce significant injury to the kidneys & urinary tract .It is not a common finding even among kids who get a uti. It often shows up in kids who have been on multiple meds & can come from the intestines. Good monitoring going forward can minimize your child's risks.
