It can, BUT . . . : In this case it's good to first get a diagnosis if possible from your family physician or gynecologist. Pain in rlq can be from several possibilities. Classical homeopathy can certainly help pain, but you do need an experienced homeopath rather than trying to treat yourself. Yes but.....: Etiology must be determined; then clear symptoms, distinguishing features id, and modalities(what makes it better or worse, when does it occur) etc. To find the appropriate homeopathic medicine or remedy!
