How can I use an exercise app to prevent cravings?

Dr. Seema Patel

Not sure: Your question is not very clear. Craving for what? Food exercise, etc? Usually cravings are caused by repeated use of a substance, i.E caffeine, chocolate, etc; your body gets used to this; the best thing is to wean yourself off. You can go cold turkey or slow wean. Drink water because most things are dehydrating, chart to see triggers: menstrual cycle, moods, weather etc to prepare yourself.

I have headache in my head what I have to do?

Dr. Keegan Duchicela
Family Medicine 14 years experience
Cause of headache: The best way to tackle a headache is to figure out what's causing it in the first place - is it a migraine, from not eating breakfast this am, from skipping a dose of a medicine, from not getting enough sleep? There can be many reasons. For the run of the mill dull headache, i usually like to try some Ibuprofen and/or tylenol (acetaminophen) first and see how it feels after an hour or so.
