Sure: Cure for stage 4 cancer is very unlikely, however there are usually some different treatment options, especially if someone is young and otherwise fairly healthy. May be clinical trials available. In my opinion, it is never wrong to get 1 or 2 opinions. Most of the time, it will reinforce what your doctor told you initially, but will give you some reassurance that you are getting good advice.

Yes.: Sorry to hear about your father! if your father has spread only to his liver and nowhere else, he might still be able to be cured with liver treatments (surgery, radiofrequency ablation, stereotactic body radiation therapy, or endovascular chemo/y90). I would get an opinion from a liver-cancer surgeon.

Who told you that ?: The american academy of pediatrics & many other advisory groups have promoted sleeping on a babies back since the early 90's. Since that time we have seen a 40-50% drop in crib death over that period. I know of no one that advises belly sleeping for any reason, although if baby rolls into that position after 6m i don't try to change it. Tummy time while awake can help build upper body strength.

May be normal but: You need to get checked by your doctor. There are lots of possible causes for galactorrhea (leaving milky fluid) and most are easy to deal with. Bottom line - go get a checkup! good luck.
