See a doctor: There's a whole list of conditions that can cause these symptoms, some of which are very concerning. This is not the right forum to discuss treatment, because there are more questions and you need a physical exam. There are blood tests and studies which may help check out the condition, including an MRI scan of you neck. You need to see a doctor for an evaluation. And yes, ms + mg are possible.
