Little: At your age , with your good habits , you have very little cancer of getting oral cancer , don't worry.

Although as you get older, other factors, like genetics come into play. If you have a strong family history of cancer, make sure to get any symptoms checked out like new lumps in the neck, ulcers in the mouth/throat that dont' heal, chronic sore throat, hoarseness which doesn't get better,etc.
